Customer Service Tips #4 - Ask Customer If They Understand You


Make sure your customers do not misinterpret what are you trying to say. You don’t want your customers to think they’re getting 25% discount when they’re actually getting 25% off if they have a membership. Ask customers if they understand what you’re saying.
